Synopsis :
Money corrupts and a humongous amount of money corrupts humongously… That’s the take off point for Buddha Mar Gaya – a black comedy about dead bodies, mucho moolah and funerals. Laxmikant Kabadiya aka LK, is one of India’s richest industrialists, a self made man who’s risen from selling scrap to become a construction magnate. His conglomerate is on the verge of a 5000 crore IPO that should make them one of the largest companies in the country. LK’s family comprising of his spinster twin sister Prerna, his two sons Ranjeet and Sameer, their wives Shruti and Anju respectively and Ranjeet’s daughters Sanjana and Namrata, and Sameer’s son, Pawan can’t stop salivating at the thought of all that money. Unfortunately for all of them fate displays a wicked sense of humour. On the night before the IPO opens, LK dies while copulating with a starlet who’s aspiring to become the heroine of a film that LK plans to produce. The family is distraught and horrified. Not because now no one will buy their shares. So,on the advice of their family guru – Vidyut Baba, the family decides to hide the death of LK for a period of two days till the shares are all sold out. Little do they realize the crazy series of events that will follow on account of this duplicity. After all, hiding the death of a man as famous as LK, is a Herculean task. To make matters worse, every time they’re ready to announce LK’s death, fate intervenes forcing them to keep his death hidden for another couple of days. Which results in them having to announce the death of a fictitious friend or relative of LK’s. And stage fake funerals. Which of course means generating dead bodies and worse, getting the dead LK to make appearances at these funerals. Complicating matters further are an inquisitive and greedy servant, the Prime Minister’s fixer, a procurer of dead bodies, the paparazzi and for good measure a couple of cops. And of course internal jealousies, greed, rivalries within the family only add spice to the going on… Buddha Mar Gaya takes you on a rip roaring ride into a world littered with dead bodies, body parts, unending greed, corruption funerals, ice cubes and a femme fatale… Statutory Warning : You’ll Die Laughing…

Synopsis :
The hit ‘Kaho Na Pyar Hai’ jodi of Hrithik Roshan and Amisha Patel bills and coos before the camera one more time in director Vikram Bhatt’s romantic caper ‘Aap Mujhe Achche Lagne Lage’. The film has Amisha Patel playing the role of Sapna, an ambitious girl who is caged within the walls of an opulent bungalow by her over-possessive patriarchal father Dholakia (played by Kiran Kumar). Even Sapna’s brother Raman doesn’t want her to be a woman of her own will and hires armed men to escort her wherever she goes. Sapna’s life takes a turn for good when she goes to participate in the nine-day ‘Dandiya Raas’ festival. At the festival she meets Rohit (Hrithik), a slaphappy young man. Rohit shows Sapna an entirely new side of life and Sapna gets to taste the complete freedom for the first time. Like the first flight of a caged bird she gets carried away and forgets the restrictions set by her father. Eventually love sprouts between Sapna and Rohit. But the question is – will this relationship be acceptable to Sapna’s stern father? Will Rohit and Sapna be able to surmount all the hurdles and prove that they are truly made for each other?

Synopsis :
On the 23rd of March, 1931, in the dead of the night, three bodies are smuggled out of Lahore Central Jail via the back gate. Synopsis :
Madhav Singh Ghai along with two ex-college slackers, Gopal and Lucky who is mute, team up with college student, Laxman, to extort money from students as well as sell question papers in advance. The four are also on the run from a Garage owner to whom they owe money. While on the run one day, they come across a spacious bungalow occupied by a blind couple, Somnath and Mangala. They overhear that their grandson is to return from New York, and decide to con the couple and live in the bungalow in style. Laxman becomes the grandson, Sameer, while Gopal lends his voice to fool the couple. The four find that they have an attractive neighbor in Nirali and each of them comically propose their love to her. To complicate matters, a gangster is interested in a wooden sealed box in Somnath’s house. Hilarious chaos prevails when the hapless foursome find out that Somnath is already aware of them; the gangsters take over the house to claim the wooden box; and the garage owner is all set to recover his loan, at the same time Nirali also enters the scene to declare who she has chosen to be her husband.

Synopsis :
By the river Ganga lies the imaginary district town of Tejpur in Bihar. Amit Kumar,played by Ajay Devgan,is the new Superintendent of police.
In Tejpur Amit encounters an ensemble of colourful characters.The uncrowned emperor-Sadhu Yadav, his debauched son Sundar, the self-righteous Rabidas, the policemen who close their eyes to everything around… The beedi-smoking corrupt DSP Bhurelal and Bachacha yadav, the policeman who inspired by Amit makes life-transforming choices.

Amit tries to breathe life into the decaying police force and some of his officers begin to trust him and respond. But the shackles of the corrupt system are too strong to break. The cynicism of the disillusioned townsmen doesn’t help either. They are blocked at every juncture and often humiliated. Inspiration gives way to frustration. This leads them to seek reckless solutions. And a weapon of revenge is accidentally discovered. This weapon of purification becomes a symbol of purification in the hands of the common people. Suddenly a spineless society transforms into a mob on a crusade for justice and revenge.

The ordinary citizen is suddenly empowered, but dangerously. Soon the lines become blurred-what is right? Amit finds himself in a dilemma. His wife, Anuradha (Gracy Singh), acts as his conscience keeper. She is deeply pained by what is happening around her and questions him every step of the way. Amit disturbed and frustrated, withdraws from her.

He must make a choice.

He knows- what is socially just is not necessarily morally right.
